We kept up with the annual tradition of open house at the Lane's for X-mas Eve. It was a nice crowd with grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. The food was perfect, as was the endless selection of desserts.
The kids, and the 'fun' adults, had a blast playing Wii this year. Just Dance was the big hit and kept the crowd entertained. Nathan won the most serious dancer award and Emerson won most enthusiastic, she was a mexican jumping bean!! It was nice to see that Ronan and Russell still have some moves left. We also played Mario Driver and both Granny and Aunt Bertie had their licenses revoked! It was a late night and another great year.

We thankfully cleaned up and ended the night just in time for Santa to arrive. The cookies and carrots were placed by the fireplace and we snuggled up for the night.
