Lane Annual Tree Tagging

Last weekend we went to the Lane Farm (no relation, but friends) for our annual tree tagging with Jenn and Sean. It was a first for Abigail and Brooks and they seemed to enjoy the scenery. Pops and Granny ended up meeting us too, which delighted Emerson.

Of course Emerson picked out every small tree we passed, while we were on the hunt for something larger. We did settle on a blue spruce that will look nice in the front room.

After the trees where selected and the kids got in some fresh air and exercise, we went over to The Shack for lunch. It was a great day. We're looking forward to cutting the tree down next week and to decorating.
